Chemical Grouting

Chemical Grouting is a process where a specialized grout is pumped through casings of steel below the foundation at high pressure.  This grout in turn fills in the open void areas below the structure. This process seals the cavities in the limestone bedrock, compacts loose soils, and fills voids in the overlying soils. Chemical Grouting through high pressure injection permeates the ground creating a solid foundation below the structure.

One of the benefits of chemical grouting is that it seeps into spaces including areas of granular soil and binds it together improving the ability of the soil to support the structure, while at the same time not restricting the soil’s natural flow of water.
